Position:
Accountant / Finance Manager

Based in:
Ipoh

Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or ACCA,CIMA,MACPA and must be a MIA member.
- Establish, maintain & coordinate the implementation of accounting policies & control procedures, improve accounting and reporting systems.
- Lead and manage accounting staff towards meeting the objectives of the accounts & finance department and managing staff development for team performances and succession planning.
- Participate in strategic business planning and provide financial guidance and advice with overall financial policy and tax planning.
- Possess strong analytical mind, pro-active, good leadership & communication skills and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in similar capacity.
